本機廣泛應用于各種感應電機、家用發(fā)電機定子或轉(zhuǎn)子的滴漆烘干處理。采用三菱PLC程控，中文液晶顯示，用蠕動泵壓縮供漆管的方法來啟停滴漆，滴漆流量穩(wěn)定可控，采用鏈輪旋轉(zhuǎn)運動，使鏈條拖動裝有定子安裝工裝的若干個小車產(chǎn)生水平步進移動，定位輸送，移位準確，定子不轉(zhuǎn)，滴漆頭往復旋轉(zhuǎn)，裝夾上下工件極為方便，有效保護鐵芯和引線不沾漆。有預烘、凝膠、固化烘道組成，滴漆時間和烘干時間可調(diào)，操作簡單方便。

This machine is widely used in a variety of induction motors, home generator stator or rotor drip paint drying. Mitsubishi PLC, LED display, peristaltic pump compression method for trickling control, stable volume, accurate shift, easy to load and unloading. There are pre-drying, gel, curing bake composition, drip time and drying time adjustable, easy to operate.
