本機是精密車削電機換向器外徑的專用設備。采用進口PLC程控，觸摸屏修改參數(shù)，伺服電機控制走刀速度，車削均勻穩(wěn)定，三菱變頻無級調速，硬質合金V形塊支撐轉子軸，軸承檔有自動噴油裝置，百分表顯示進刀車削量，配置高硬度寶石刀頭，皮帶摩擦轉子外圓自動車削，所有動作一次完成，人工上下工件，操作簡單方便。

This machine is a precision turning motor commutator diameter of the special equipment. It adopts imported PLC program and touch screen to modify the parameters. The servo motor controls the cutting speed, and the turning is even and stable. Mitsubishi frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, carbide V-block supports the rotor shaft, the bearing file has automatic oil injection device, and the dial indicator shows Knife turning capacity, configuration of high hardness gemstone head, belt friction rotor cylindrical automatic turning, all actions once completed, manual up and down the workpiece, the operation simple and convenient.
